Biography

Mira Film was founded in 2002 by Vadim Jendreyko and Hercli Bundi as an independent film production company. For over twenty years, they have produced committed documentaries offering a personal perspective on social, political and cultural issues. They were also founding members of the Swiss distribution companies Vinca Film and Mira Film Basel. In 2024, Hercli Bundi stepped down from all his roles within the companies to pursue a new career path.

Susanna Guggenberger and Pascal Moor have been working in the core production team since 2012 and 2017 respectively. They bring their experience, skills and keen eye to the company.

Over the past years, Mira Film has successfully collaborated with partners in Belgium, Chile, China, Germany, France, Georgia, Canada, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal and the USA to create exceptional documentaries that have been screened and honoured worldwide in cinemas, on television and at festivals.
